FESTIVAL Vendors & Exhibitors

Festival-goers will enjoy gathering 'round vendor tables and booths offering plants, seeds, and other gardening essentials, as well as a craft corner and presentations from experts on growing best practices.

This is a fun event where guests can stock up for their gardens - or find the perfect holiday gifts for loved ones promoting life and good health, to promote your business or non-profit, and be part of the SWFL RESET Center Community of friends committed to taking care of our land and being good relatives to all.

MARKET VENDOR SET UP / TEAR DOWN

EVENT DAY:

Set up Time: 9 a.m.
Tear DownTime: 3 p.m.
Report to the Vendor Checkin area (see purple star on map) for your badge and vendor location.
There are 50 vendors for this event (more than you see on the stylized map below) so please follow the directions provided at check-in for set up.
Vendors must supply their own tables/chairs and set up crew.

Festival is located on the Campus Gardens of UUCFM

Address is 13411 Shire Lane, Fort Myers, FL 33912

SET ARRIVAL IS 9 AM to set up your booth/table.

Proceed to the VENDOR UNLOADING area (PURPLE STAR ON MAP) to get your badge and vendor location.

VENDOR PARKING: All vendor vehicles must park at the daycare across the street from UUCFM to make room for guest parking.

Tear down is at 3 PM.

MARKET vendors

Market vendors are individuals or organizations that present their goods, or services for sale at the event.

We are excited about providing this venue for local businesses to share their products and services with the community, and encourage everyone to "shop local."

Our for-profit vendor fee is low - just $25, which in turn helps us cover a small portion of our operational costs.

All you need to bring is your own table or popup and chairs (and of course, your items for sale!) - we provide the space, the crowd, the music, and fun!

SWFL RESET Center is in awe of the countless nonprofits doing good works in our community, and we have a special place in our hearts for those that are protecting our environment, and helping to solve food insecurity.

We welcome them to exhibit at the festival and want to shine a light on their efforts.

Non-profit organizations may qualify for a free vendor spot. (You must bring your own tables & and chairs, however). To register a nonprofit, submit the purple NONPROFIT REGISTRATION form below.
